Just as pictured.

There are a few sellers of these on Amazon. The first ones looked used and had that industrial sweetish smell of bug spray or something. But these are different. They arrived in a plain box, no tags and no obnoxious smells. There's a label sewn into the tongue that says "Barefoot Feeling Sneakers." It's honest, I like that. I bought these knowing they were cheap China made knockoffs of those really expensive barefoot shoes. Yes they are flexible. They come in a lot of colors. I chose avocado green and they are exactly as pictured. I wore them with the insert and without the insert. Both ways are comfortable but If you walk on concrete a lot, I'd recommend keeping the inserts in or buying your own. To me, they're more comfortable that way. I wore them outside and got caught in a soaking rain and flooded streets so now these sneakers are drying in the sun after hand washing with an enzyme based laundry detergent. The colors did not fade and the stitches held strong. The sizing shows a range from whole size to half size. For example I usually wear size 8, always with socks so the size 8-8.5 women fit me fine. The shoe insert is labeled as 38-49-40 (UK sizes) and that was fine too. Four stars until I know how long they will hold up to walking outside.

Perfect for multiple foot and shoe issues- foot drop, swelling, sensory

I have had foot drop for 12 years due to my right L5S1 nerve root being damaged during a spinal surgery. I have had sensory issues with my feet since childhood- sometimes I can't stand to wear socks, sometimes I need them etc. But since onset of foot drop, I have found that many good quality top brand walking or gym type shoes are not an option for me because I cannot move my toes upwards. Things like memory foam insoles create a friction that pulls/curls my toes down while trying to slide my foot in. I also trip and fall frequently due to not being able to dorsiflex my foot. Shoe shape matters. Inner and outer textures and materials and shapes matter. Despite working for years as an RN, wearing several types of braces and the best shoes I could find that worked for me, the loss of control over the muscles that lift my foot and toes caused severe ankle instability and breakdown over time. I ended up needing an ankle surgery that involved fusing two bones with two screws, Achilles tendon release, and tendon transfer. The ankle surgery caused the onset of complex regional pain syndrome. CRPS is one of the most painful chronic conditions known to medicine and is typically not curable. It causes allodynia which makes the skin of the affected area to be hyper sensitive- a light touch, water, fabric, even a breeze of air causes pain. It affects circulation and the affected limb can swell off and on, turn reddish or purplish. If the condition progresses without effective treatment, skin problems can occur. The condition can spread across the body in varying patterns without treatment. I got excellent treatment extremely quickly but it did not stop complications across all other body systems. So being in need of extremely lightweight shoes that fit, don't make me trip, can be worn with or without socks, support my foot arch and structure, don't pinch or rub, aren't slippery, are easy to put on and take off, keep my toes in a natural barefoot adjacent position, allow me to to feel/sense surfaces I'm walking on with shoes on my feet, and can be worn during periods of mild swelling or no swelling is essential. I highly recommend these for anyone, but particularly for people with any issues similar to mine. It's even helpful for ME/CFS when I feel like my entire body is made of cement but I still have to put on shoes and leave the house. They don't pinch, rub, or feel too tight. Due to POTS, I can't regulate body temperature/homeostasis and sweat response- my foot can feel cold and still sweat or vice versa but I can still wear these even in summer heat. They are breathable. They are also extremely flexible and do not have any hard plastic parts that can break around the heel. They come with removable insoles that cushion and support the heel and arch, and the insoles can likely be hand washed and air dried. A friend who has had CRPS since the late 90's and who has mischievous worse disease progression and pain than I do bought these shoes and she can tolerate them despite having only been able to wear a couple types of shoes for years. These are affordable and excellent quality, but most of all they solve shoe issues for people with severe medical problems. I've been wearing these quite often this summer. My feet are an American size 9 and these are labeled 41. I would buy these again. I don't yet know how I will like them during a Michigan winter, so I'll try to come back and update when I have that experience. I have worn Uggs in winter for years for reasons already explained but Uggs have zero traction on ice which has caused me to slip and fall several times. Since I can wear these with any kind of socks-thick, thin, fluffy or not, and I can feel/sense more while wearing them, they might end up being suitable for winter as well.

If between sizes consider sizing down

Love the shoe. It is a “barefoot” feel. So if you need or want support this shoes is not for you. The recommended size was a 10. I typically wear a 9.5. The 10 is super roomy. I would order a 9 if ordering again.

Barefoot shoes. Size 5

Best shoes ever , super comfortable, look and feel nice. Not heavy at all, it actually gives arch support. Over all I give them 5 starts. Bought size 5 it fit perfectly fine. Also give good grip (true to size)

Buy insoles!

I love the room, but you will have to buy insoles. Invest in a good pair, I worn the for 5 hours and my legs and ache was hurting. The next day I bought insoles and they feel so comfortable now! They look funny too but gonwith funny looking over comfort.

Comfy n cute!

Soooo comfy! True to size. They have a wider toe box and flexible sole. I refuse to squeeze my feet into narrow pumas and all the trendy brands. These satisfy my need for a pair of trainers.

Finally, shoes that let my feet actually move naturally

Switched to these after dealing with foot fatigue from standard cushioned shoes, and the difference has been noticeable — the wide toe box means my toes aren’t cramped together all day, which helps with circulation and overall comfort on long days on my feet. Zero-drop design took a few days to adjust to, but once broken in, it genuinely feels more natural than a traditional shoe with a built-up heel. Lightweight and breathable, doesn’t trap heat even after hours of wear. Grip is solid on both pavement and uneven terrain, didn’t slip during regular walking or light trail use. Non-slip sole gives confidence on smooth or wet flooring too. Great option if you’re transitioning to minimalist footwear or just need something that doesn’t fight against your foot’s natural shape.

Great find! Great fit!

Love love love the fit, the look, the comfort and the style! This is a really nice fit particularly in the toe box which is exactly what I was looking for. It’s got a nice stylish look to it and I don’t feel like the toolbox is wide and awkward looking. This is a really awesome shoe. I even walked on rocks to see if I could feel the rock poking through but not at all. It’s a really comfortable shoe not tight at all. My boyfriend liked them and he’s buying a pair too!

Really nice barefoot shoe

I love these shoes. They are true to size. I did order black and ended up getting navy but I'm ok with it because I planned on ordering more if I loved them. They come with a removable sole in case you need to get used to a barefoot shoe. I removed the sole right away. The toe box is perfect and I really like that they tie because I have a narrow heel and slip ons, slip off. They bend and fold and twist exactly how a barefoot shoe should. I can feel the ground as I had hoped and the bottom is thick enough that it will protect me. They look really nice. Overall, I'm really happy. They seem well made so only time will tell if they hold up. The price is also great.
